Professional Development

At ISA, we understand that supporting continuous professional growth in our faculty and staff ultimately benefits all aspects of our community – from student learning to increasing motivation and innovation in the classroom.

We have established a “culture of thinking” through our partnership with Harvard University’s Project Zero and its Visible Thinking Network. We have a dedicated Centre for Development, Learning and Technology on the ISA campus that hosts conferences, seminars and workshops, allowing our faculty and staff to benefit regularly from global experts and best practice.

Whether it is attending or speaking at a global conference, leading workshops or publishing in journals, we are committed to ensuring that our faculty and staff continue to be at the forefront of educational excellence.

Working at ISA allows you to invest in yourself… and your future.

A Professional Culture
