To begin the application process families should contact the Admissions Office well in advance of the desired enrollment date. As the school maintains waiting lists in certain grades, families should inquire about availability. Families are encouraged to make an appointment for a visit and tour of the school. This visit provides an excellent overview of the school's programme and facilities, and an opportunity to have questions answered.

To apply for admission, a completed Application for Enrollment form must be submitted for each child. Part One of the application should be sent to the Admissions Office and Part Two (school recommendation forms for Lower School and Upper School students) should be given to the applicant's current school to complete. School records for the last two years are required for all applicants in kindergarten through grade 12. The school recommendation form and school records must be sent directly to the Admissions Office by the applicant's current or previous school.

Students with any type of physical or educational difficulty will need to provide complete documentation of their academic history, psychological/educational evaluations, and details of extra academic/specialist support they have had or are currently receiving. Once the application information is complete the Admissions Team will evaluate the application and decide if the school can accommodate the student. Withholding information about special needs may lead to withdrawal of the student.

After review of the application form, school records and any necessary evaluation of special needs, families will receive confirmation of admission or placement on the wait list for their child(ren).

Applicants for the next school year will be notified in March about space availability.

All applicants must have an intake interview with a member of the administrative team before they may begin school. At this time language placement will be conducted for all non-mother tongue English speakers in Kindergarten and grades 6 through 12. Additional assessments may be done at this time. Additionally, all families must meet with the School Nurse for an intake interview. Students may not begin classes until these appointments have taken place.

The school reserves the right to refuse admission to a student for reasons considered relevant by the school.
